Physiotherapy helps people restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function after injury, surgery, or illness. It is a hands-on, science-based healthcare profession that focuses on how the body moves and functions. Physiotherapists are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions that affect the muscles, joints, bones, and nerves. Our approach to Physiotherapy includes a detailed physical assessment that includes the use of outcome measures to get a complete picture of your health problem, communicating a clear diagnosis, identifying your functional goals and developing a treatment plan that is clear, workable and patient-centered.
